This multi-talented Project Manager specializes in Logistic Implementation projects, transportation projects including CDL-A driver training, Loss Prevention and Recovery, Regulatory Compliance and Global Business Issues.  Dr. Sitler also serves as a liasion between out IT and various other departments due to her advanced technology knowledge.

Dr. Sitler has worked with QE for over 10 years and has been a member of our full time staff since 2002.

Background

You could say that Andrea Sitler has been in the transportation business for over 40 years.  She grew up in trucking.  Her father and mentor was VP of Maintenance for O'Boyle Tank Lines.  She traveled with her dad extensively over the years and has gained much knowledge.  Her desire for creating a safe environment for her community, family and co-workers has been inspired over the years by her various interests and work related challenges.  She is a member of the Transportation Club of Dallas / Ft. Worth, OOIDA, TXMTA, BAIC, various environmental groups and causes, former member of MMTA and ATA.   Her works have been published in industry journals as well as larger newspapers.  She holds an active CDL-A in TX with all endorsements.  Specializations: Petroleum, nuclear waste, hazmat hauling and DOT compliance.

Ayi Sukmayadi is a graduate from the University of Indonesia atJakarta.  He holds numerous degrees and is constantly adding to his IT certifications.

Patty Barnes, CPA

Mrs. Barnes is originally from Ireland and currently resides in the South of Spain with her husband and 2 children.  She is our financial expert.  Patty is well versed in the financial practices and regulations governing the financial word.

Mrs. Barnes was educated at the University of Limerick where she received her BS in Accounting and Financial Management. The Barnes family then relocated to NYC due to a promotion in her husband's career.  During their stay in New York City; Patty attended Manhattanville College for her MBA before obtaining her CPA.  Mr. Barnes career then took them to Spain, where they currently reside but not before Patty and Rose met.

Patty has been very instrumental in the timely completion of many projects.  Her expertise in global finance has gained her the respect and repeat business of many of our clients.
